The present Terms and Conditions are a contract between the Customer and Swift Carpet Cleaners. Placing a clean through website forms, email or telephone and the use of our services constitutes as acceptance of the agreement.

1. Pricing -  The minimum call out charge for upholstery and carpet cleaning is £35. Additional charges may apply if we need to collect keys from a third party.
2. Access -  You should provide access to your property including parking as well as access to running hot water and electricity. Failure to provide any of these maybe subject to additional charges.
3. Payment - Payment should be provided on completion of work unless discussed prior to your clean. Except upon completion of commercial work which will be a 30 day payment period from invoice date.
4. Cancellations -   48 hours notice is required before the scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee of £35 applies if you fail to notify us. Should we attend the property without being notified of a cancellation full payment for the work will be required
5. Supplementary provisions - Our teams are happy to undertake the movement of furniture. All items of value such as antiques, artwork, money, televisions and items of sentimental value are to be removed and stored away.
6. Claims -  The Client agrees that due to the nature of the service the Company guarantees only to correct any problems reported within 48 hours of the completion of the service. If wicking happens it will be within 48 hours. While our operatives make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. For this specific reason, Swift requests all irreplaceable items (whether monetarily or sentimentally valuable) be stored away.
7. Insurance - Swift Carpet Cleaners will not be responsible for existing damages (photos of areas being cleaned will be taken before and after cleaning). We cannot be held responsible for poor cleaning results due to considerable wear and tear / staining prior to the use of our cleaning service.
8. End of Tenancy Cleaning - We advise that we should be the last service to attend once the house is empty to ensure a fair clean and work will only commence in an empty property, Only cleaning confirmed in the initial quote will be undertaken so please ensure you state all requirments at the quoting stage.
9. Alarm Systems - Swift Carpet Cleaners shall not be responsible for triggering any alarm systems. The client should give specific instructions for deactivation/activation of any alarm systems.
10. Re-arrangement - Should you require to ammend your appointment date please give us 24 hours notice where possible. The first move date is free of charge, any further changes may be subject to a £10 admin fee.
